How to Claim
Your Listing
Take control of your tiny home listing — verify your ownership, update your details,
and connect directly with prospective buyers and renters.
Why claim your listing?
Every listing on Tiny Home Sherpa is curated and verified by our team, but only the
builder or owner knows their property best. Claiming your listing gives you direct
control over how your tiny home is presented to thousands of prospective buyers and
renters discovering the tiny living lifestyle.
Whether you’re a recognized builder with dozens of models or an individual owner
selling your tiny home, the claiming process is straightforward and free.
How It Works
Claiming your listing takes just a few minutes.
Find Your Listing
Search for your tiny home or builder profile in our directory. If you don’t
see it, you can submit a new listing instead.
Click “Claim This Listing”
Each listing has a claim button on its detail page. Click it to begin the
verification process. You’ll be asked to provide your name and email address.
Verify Ownership
We’ll ask you to confirm you’re the legitimate owner or authorized
representative. This typically involves verifying your email and providing basic
proof — such as a business website, social media presence, or documentation
linking you to the property.
Update & Manage
Once verified, you can edit your listing details, upload additional photos,
update pricing and availability, respond to inquiries, and track how many
people are viewing your home.
What You Can Do Once Claimed

Build Reputation
A claimed, well-maintained listing signals trust and professionalism to every visitor.
What You’ll Need
To claim a listing, you should have one or more of the following:

- Proof of ownership — such as a deed, title, purchase agreement, or build contract.
- Authorization from the owner if you’re representing a company or builder.
- A verifiable email address associated with your business or the listing.
- Photos or documentation that only the legitimate owner would possess.
Our team reviews each claim within 1–2 business days. If anything is unclear,
we’ll reach out to help complete the process.
